+    * Stool samples were taken in by hired personnel during visit 2 and transported to the Lifelines lab in refrigerated boxes containing cooling elements. Hours outside the freezer because of transport from participants home till Lifelines location were administred. At the Lifelines lab all cups and tubes were stored at -80C.
