====== Internet use (CIUS) ======

The Compulsive Internet Use Scale (CIUS) is an instrument aimed to assess the severity of [[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Internet_addiction_disorder|compulsive internet use]]((Meerkerk et al. The CIUS was originally developed in Dutch. It consists of 14 self-report items, with answer categories on a 5-point [[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Likert_scale|Likert scale]]: (0) never, (1) seldom, (2) sometimes, (3) often, (4) very often.
