====== Workday recovery (VBBA) ======

The questionnaire Experience and Evaluation of Work (Beleving en Beoordeling van de Arbeid ([[https://skb.nl/producten/vbba|VBBA]])) is a reliable instrument to study employee satisfaction, involvement, motivation, work climate, organisation, psychosocial  workload, and mental health ([[sections|section]]: [[wellbeing & subjective health]]). 

[[start|Lifelines]] used the following 11 VBBA items on workday recovery in the context of an [[additional assessments|additional questionnaire]] on menopause and work ([[MAWQ]]):
