====== Omega Survey ======

The Omega Survey is an comprehensive questionnaire developed by researchers from the [[https://www.omega-onderzoek.nl/|Omega Study]] in order to ascertain information on women's reproductive histories, reproductive health and diseases, fertility treatments and (contraceptive) hormone use ([[sections|section]]: [[Reproduction & development]]).

The Omega Survey was implemented in a subcohort of young adult female [[start|Lifelines]] participants in the context of an additional questionnaire: [[ROAQ]].\\

The full questionnaire can be requested from the Omega Study researchers.
