The Omega Survey is an comprehensive questionnaire developed by researchers from the Omega Study in order to ascertain information on women's reproductive histories, reproductive health and diseases, fertility treatments and (contraceptive) hormone use (section: Reproduction & development).
The Omega Survey was implemented in a subcohort of young adult female Lifelines participants in the context of an additional questionnaire: ROAQ.
