Lifelines collected various biosamples from participants, either within the general assessments or in subcohorts the context of additional assessments.

• Blood samples were collected from all participants (8+) in the context of general assessments 1A, 2A, and 3A.
• Urine samples were collected from all participants (8+) in the context of general assessments 1A, 2A, and 3A
• Faecal samples were collected from subcohorts in the context of additional assessments DEEP, DAG2 and DAG3
• Hair samples were collected from adult participants in the context of general assessment 2A.
