The Work Ability Index (WAI) is an instrument used in occupational health care and research to assess work ability of workers during health examinations and workplace surveys (section: wellbeing & subjective health). The full WAI consists of 7 items, 4 of those were implemented in Lifelines.
Note that work-related wellbeing is also assessed in Lifelines using the COPSOQ, WRFQ, and SWING instruments.
Work history en employment status can be found under Demographics.
