Informal care

Participants were asked whether they gave unpaid care to someone close (family/friend) because of long term limitations and/or health problems, excluding unpaid care of strangers (i.e. volunteer work) or the care for healthy children (section: lifestyle & environment).
Note that several subcohorts answered more detailed questions about informal care in the context of the following additional assessments:

INFQ, a questionnaire focusing on informal care in general
ACTQ, a questionnaire focusing on activities including volunteer work and informal care
AUTQ, a questionnaire focusing on autism, including the informal care for autistic persons.
